Do you take old guys?

Is the Freeriders group usually pretty big? I remember a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday morning a very large group of riders in the park - about 15 or so. Maybe that was them? I may join everyone on Sunday. I'll be there on Saturday for sure - 7:30 AM I'm going tonight as well.

Yea, if we ever get real snow. This season is almost a repeat of last year. Snow in December, no snow in January and then some snow in February. Hopefully we'll get some snow soon. The park needs a fresh makeover.

Good to hear feedback about the park. I was thinking of going up there this year but I think I'll cross that off my list.

The park seemed to be in good shape. The first two kickers were hard to hit because of the wind. The next area leading up to the next table was all sandy and the lip was being eaten up. The group after the wall were in good shape though. The hip before the stair rails was all mush and it was sketchy trying to hit it. I'm not a rail guy but the lips to most of the rails seemed to be in good shape. A couple were gone, but for the most part they seemed ok. Like I said, I don't ride rails so don't take my word for it. Saw some of the boarder cross. There were a few nasty wipeouts! Thankfully nobody seemed to be seriously injured. One guy flew off the second berm on his back and slid into the netting. Amazingly he got up an finished the course. After watching the race I wish I had entered.

I'm going to join the race. Like someone else said, I wish they had a 25+ bracket. Some of us older guys don't have the "no fear" attitude anymore due to the fact that we have wives, kids, mortgages and tons of responsibiilities! Don't get old! I enter mainly just to ride the course and have some fun. Hopefully I'll get to meet some of you. Not sure how though seeing how I don't know what you all look like! Have fun.

I'm surprised it was that good yesterday due to all of the heavy rain we had. Maybe Blue didn't get all rain?

Anyone else going up for a night session? I missed the entire weekend and I want to get up before more rain/warm weather hits!
