I'm a newbie rider, and not from PA. I've been skiing since I was a wee lad. Now how about stepping back... no further... no further... nope, still on my **** might just wanna step WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back.

I don't love Bode, I just think it's a bit unfair for you to be all up in his personal life. If he has a drinking problem, that's between him and God. If you don't like him being in the spotlight, then make it to the top and take the spotlight away. That's what I'm saying. This can be the end of it. I neither care about, nor want to hear about your opinion of Bode Miller anymore. I already know what it is, and it's pretty lame for someone to sit around and trash a guy that is better than anyone on this Planet at something... next we'll be arguing over whether or not Bobby Fischer was right to have played chess in a communist USSR--when in reality, it doesn't matter what either of us think.

those guys regularly put in 90 hours a week, all the time. being a resort, they can somehow get away without paying us overtime(tax break or some crap) so that COULD be another reason people are never happy to be at work... work 80 hours sometime and take home like 450 bucks and talk to me

It's called trash talking, bud... and compared to freestyle, racers are spoiled brats. And yes, it was real grilled cheese--I ate everything else around though. I only logged 2 Dead shows with my dad before Jerry died.

I think that it clearly said he would start focusing on CERTAIN races... meaning just downhill... or just GS... etc... like specializing. besides, he DID say he was getting burnt out... he's like 28 and is tired of doing the same ole thing... I could see how that would happen.

lol. I made that sound a lot that summer. The sounds were nothing compared to the times that I didn't even make it out of the lot(which was often WAAAAAAAAY more fun than the show itself) I spent a few nights staring at the stars... and the back of my hands

yep. I spent the entire summer on tour with Phish. Sold grilled cheese sandwiches out of the back of my car to fund it. Best time of my life, man!

even on 1 ski. and BTW... North Coventry... Vermont? I went and spent a weekend at Coventry to see Phish. KIIIIIIIILLER time!

That sucks. If I'm even feeling a buzz, I won't step on my ski's at Camelback... but like I said, I can drink 3 beers and not be impaired. There have been times when I was fine to ski, but still took a cab the 5-6 miles to my house, though... mainly because laws and abilities to be in control don't match up.

I haven't raced on Moguls at Outer Limits. However, I would be glad to give it a shot. My legs aren't even feeling it at the bottom. I'm not one of those people who needs a way out, either.

I'll gladly race anyone here... do I get to pick the place? It'll be No Fall Territory, and definately won't be groomed by anything other than wind and rain... and there won't be gates. See, thats why I don't have as much respect for racing as I do freestyle... "oh, it's icy... oh the conditions are bad... blah blah" Have fun on your groomed runs, bud.
