Thus, not riding the atomics and selling them instead haha. Jeff you should pick these up. They're probably about 1/10 the weight of your other atomics!

I HATE THE STEPS IN FRONT OF THE PARK
KevinThomas replied to yardsaleclothing's topic in Blue Mountain
OMG it's tyler boyer!!!! ^^^^ he's so dreamy. back to topic...more people watch that video. i hit a girl on the landing last year in the lower park, and her friends were even standing next to the jump and were not telling me to stop. i didnt know there was someone down on the landing until about 450 of the rotation. i slid out and my ski hit her shoulder pretty damn hard. if people would have some common sense in the terrain park, or not go where they shouldnt be skiing, shit like this wouldnt happen -
I HATE THE STEPS IN FRONT OF THE PARK

they're already there. and hopefully the steps will help contain the "features" in sidewinder. and for those who say it's not a safety feature, watch that vid and i doubt you'll think the same thing -

http://media.newschoolers.com/uploads/memb...0019794jack.mov make sure to turn the volume up THIS is why there is steps there. (mind you, this isnt at blue mountain, and is courtesy of freeride5999 on NS.) -
SICK!!!...western skiing in Palmerton!!! that post was the dumbest thing i've ever read on pasr. uneducated. i agree with all trevor has said except the last line.
-
^ w/ sidewinder widened, there should be enough room for rails on the sides of the jumps...like a rail line and a jump line, and then maybe mix them both somewhere.
-
big jumps are overrated. that big 70 footer last year was so fucking lame and unsafe. sure they build these huge ass, long ass jumps...but you land flat. i love blue mountain for the most part, don't get me wrong...but they need LONG STEEP LANDINGS
-
i disagree w/ that for the most part. throughout the course of the season, i'd say i throw 10 times as many 5's as i do big spins, and i can spin some decent big rotations. not tryin to be a claimer here at all, just backin up my opinion. I'd rather see more style in tricks...the first thing kids want to do when they learn to jump is huck 7's, 9's and the illusive 1080.

why yes sir it is. interested?
-
This is still for sale...thought i had it sold, but the kid backed out. Somebody grab this piece farilla
-
what's the big deal...its just like any old down flat down just smoother due to the rounded kinks. that's my take on it anyway?
-
someone snag those B2's that's a killer price for sucha sick ski.
-
It's already been posted in the classifieds, but i just wanted to get it out there. http://www.paskiandride.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6392

Features 6" Hidden forearm pockets Predatorwear icon embroidered on backside RAM-AIR venting w/ 7" exhaust vents at back of arm Materials 20k/20k 2 layer oxford nylon Fully mesh lined W/ fleece seat or 100 weight lowloft Thermolite Insulation Super waterproof and breatheable with lots of pockets and features. It's an adult large shell. I'm about 5'10'' and it fits me pretty good. A little on the big side, but that's how i like my gear. Its last years and it retailed around 250. I'll let it go for around 160, or somewhere in that ballpark. It's a real quality piece of outerwear and hopefully someone will pick it up for a good price. THANKS! KT.

i completely agree, as do a bunch of others clearly, that skiers should be included. i ski and personally i get just as hyped to ride w/ snowboarders as i do fellow skiers, and i'm pretty sure it's vice versa in a lot of areas. i think it would be sick to include both sports in one even to showcase what the shop really has to offer. Seriously...make this even open to skiers as well. you'd get a bigger turnout, a much sicker event, and way more exposure along the whole east coast.
-
yea, it doesnt give very helpful advice for us on the east. It's still fun to read and see what's up...but i think some of their stuff is way off.
-
i don't even know half of you guys on here, and i have people ragging my shit? wtf...nick, you really like to burn bridges huh?
-
siver stuff isn't very technical unfortunately. it looks cool but not the best gear out there, and i think aeryx was hyped so much before they even had anything out. it looks sick for sure though
-
whatever happened to pushing yourself to learn new things. how bout you just keep trying and learn to do it frontside instead of having it "made easier". problem solved.
-
first off .... thanks trev. second off .... no, for real...it's me. cuz justin's asian and no one else could tell that just by looking.
