Buster in some knee deep pow trying to figure out the logistics of pooping in this cold fluffy stuff.

Yea the greasebus sounds pretty sweet. I was checking out the link you put in the last post. After looking into it more, I think I may just scrap renting a car and try that out. Given I can get from the airport to Ryan's without a ridiculous bus ride. I'm all for public transit, but I'm not about taking a bunch of different buses just to get to her place (she is car-less). Thanks again for all the advice. I had you in mind when I put this thread up, but figured I'd go public with it in case anyone else had anything constructive to add.

No I was wrong. It is in fact 4. Jeffy said so.

Thanks for the info man. I mainly wanted to go ride so I had something to do over the day or two I will be in the area and Ryan (McLaughlin btw, i dunno if u remember her from high school) has work. I guess I could just head out into the city on my own and check it out. As far as transportation goes, I'm thinking a rental may happen since the airfare seems so cheap. Anyway, looking forward to your additions on what to check out. Thanks again.

Why. I'm given my 3 a day and I use them. I also rep good posts. I'm just using the system I was given. Aren't you the one who said you didn't care anyway?

Hey, I've got a good friend that moved from PA to Portland last summer, and I would really love to go visit her. I was planning a trip to climb in Kentucky around Thanksgiving, but I'm canceling it due to financial reasons. So I've got a few more PTO days now to burn elsewhere. I also noticed roundtrip airfare from Denver to Portland is very reasonable. I'd like to head up and make like a 4 day weekend out of it, and get some riding in up there as well. So I'm looking for some advice about the area in terms of mountains. I'm pretty sure there are some people on here that have both lived up there and visited. I can honestly say I know very little about the area. It is one of the few areas of the country I've never gotten to (which is one of the reasons I'm stoked to get up there). So any advice would be awesome, but mainly I'm looking for recommendations on where to ride, when to go to get the best snow, and the feasibility of staying with my friend in Portland and getting to the Mountains (I can rent a car if need be, but wouldn't mind avoiding that if I can). Thanks in advance.

You don't think people from NJ go to blue?

The one thing I noticed about riding out here and gapers is that the more extreme terrain parks either are hard to get to or require a pass. Keeps the gapers in the beginner parks or out of the parks all together.

Just a bump for this guy. Bought a board off him 2 seasons ago and it was just as he described and he was good to deal with. Good luck with the sale.

posts like these are why we need to be able to rep the staff. he's banned permanently so why continue the stabs? sorry, just thought this was lame.

Again.... can someone give me the number for the Whambulance... and sorry mbike, I'm going to call it for you and TTC6 this time.

You have a point, and you couldn't have looked me in the eyes on the trail either. You never had a chance... all you got was the left side and back of my head.
-
Not trying to take sides here, but I've been on a hand full of lift rides with jeff and I don't think he looked me in the eye either. He's usually just hyperactively talking about gear or BMWs. I don't think it had anything to do with respect, he's just hyper.

which everyone realized and didn't post in. sick bump jeffy, sick bump.

There are typos galore on that site. Especially the "Team" page. -
I speaking to the quality, not to the waterproof/windproof rating of the fabric. I assumed that was what you were referencing when you said North Face is "legit". I should have known better though, you always sucked at slang.

HAHAHA, he won't buy Burton but he'll buy Northface... n00b.

Dude I had a whole list like 15 links to pants that were all in good condition and under 50 bucks, but I accidently hit the back arrow. At any rate I found them all this way: http://www.geartrade.com/browse/102/953/956?firstItem=160&sort=Price I found a bunch within price and color of what your looking for, and most would have fit me. So they'd be good to go on you too I'd guess. Kind of annoying that you have to sort through all the regular pants as well, but it sure beats Craigslist.

i def want to hit up nscg, and i hope to head out to reading rocks when i head out to kutztown to visit the alma mater (and the few retards i know who are milking their college years for all they are worth).

ok fair enough... so ttc6 just smoked too much pcp then. fair enough.

I dunno, when we talked about it a few weeks ago I was def against it. However, I'm prolly going to be looking for reasons to get out of the house at some point. So it certainly would accomplish that.
