haha, really? sorry bro. when i am in the caf i am usually looking for my gf. so i am just scanning the crowd for blonde french braids and a blue jacket, haha. so i prolly looked right past you in additoin to a number of other people. was skidude there last night? i saw a kid on the trails that kinda looked like him? yea the snow makeing situation does suck. i just want to make it clear that the message was passed along to me by an annonomous person from the mouth of the head of the snow makeing crew. so sorry guys, but this sounds like the truth. sketchy spring skiing? yes you have that one right, but remember if they close march 15th that gives them a whole maybe week of actual spring skiing temps to worry about it. after that they will be closed.

So it is that time again everyone! the time of the year where snow makeing is slowing down and they groom only when they have to. what does that mean to us u say? SPEED BUMBS! I was there today and most of the heavier traffic areas are developing what i like to call speed bumps. those tiny lil rollers that just pop up in the worst spots (and are usually near spots cluttered with newbies.) So that basicly means u have to navigate through corwds of morons while trying to keep from getting air born. Solution is simple make snow and groom it flat. well dont get your hopes up. i have been told (from a very reliable source) that snow makeing will come to an end tonight. tonight is the last night CB is going to make snow with exception to the bunny trails and a little hear and there to keep things safe (cbs number 2 priority, right after camelbeach). it is funny i should mention camelbeach, because that is the reason for the ending of snowmakeing. yes u heard it here first ladies and gentleman, CB plans to close on March 15th. why so early u might ask? well u should have to ask (i did just mention camelbeach didn't i?). another new slide is going in. so that means close the montaing and begin construction as soon as possible. so sorry to be ther bearer of bad news, but thats the story folks. so start stocking up on cupons for blue, cause looks like ur gonna have to head over there if u want spring skiing!

snowboard lingo lesson: jibs=rails hits=jumps huck=throwing urself off a jump and flailing in some way to obtain a half ass trick (aka no style). boned: keeping a leg straight during a grab rolling down the windows: when u go off a jump and make circular motions with ur hands to keep ur balance. sketchy=looks bad. and many many more that i am too lazy to type.....

i wanna see the dude hit some jibs. haha

there were actually a few small rocks popping up here and there on monday at CB. not cool. i usually try and stop and toss em into the woods if there is nobody around that i would get in the way of by stopping. sometimes that just isn't an option though.

oh i have more important things to worry about (g/f, school, work, etc), but the notion is in the back of my head.

went up monday, condtions were "sugga" as jeff calls it. loose granular for the rest of the world. so anyway, on monday i was cruising up sully. me and this dude. he's rockin a pair of tight black sweat pants (whole in left knee i believe). rental skis. those hunting mittens that the mitten part folds back so u can fire a gun or a bow at ur animal of choice. missing one front tooth as well. so if his get up isn't humerous enough he starts telling me that it seems like snowboarding (in his opinion) must be pretty easy to do. already a bit irritated at a nieve comment like that i start defending snowboarding as a whole so that this guy dosen't go back to his trailer and tell his 30 kids to go try snowboarding cause it's easy (after all the death toll at CB this year is already high enough if you ask me). he then asks if i have tried the terrain park, and i give him the answer of "yea i was just there, it is pretty nice this year". he then says "yea it looks super neato". thank god we were just about at the top because i was able to hold in my laughter until i got off the lift. anyway, thats my funny story.

not negativity, realism would be more accurate. we know they are at least going to be open into march. just how close to the end of it is the true question. i know u don't want to think about it, but it helps me cope with the frustration of them actually closing if i am ready for it. surprises hurt more, lol

sorry but the blue one about jumping off the sky scrapper is terrible, and ZZO plays it constantly!!!!!! i hate it so much. when i was working over break i averaged it out. i heard it on average 10 times a day and i worked from 8-5. i hate that thing with a passion!

just for ur info lye is a chemical. its the stuff that brad pitt put on edward nortons hand in fight club to give him that gnarly chemical burn. i just didn't want u to think lye was some cool slang saying for lie, cause lye already has another meaning. anyway, last i checked marketing departments get payed to stretch the truth and even lie. its their job. BS, i agree, but it is their job. Some lie more then others though.

Yea Saint Luke's in Bethlehem is much better then Muhlemburg just from my personal experience. I went into the ER one night because i was dry heaving and felt extremely dizzy (possibly a little dehydrated too). i sat there for 4 hours and watched them take people in who came in after me. according to them i wasn't in critical enough condition to be priority. i understand them taking in people who are bleeding, that makes sense, but there were people there with like broken arms and such going in before me. and there i sat feeling like i was going to keel over and die in the wheel chair they let me sit in (i was so dizzy i couldn't walk without falling over). so after sitting there for for hours and waiting i got pissed and left (which pissed off my rents, but i wasn't dealing with that BS any longer). Approx 2 weeks later i received a phone call from Muhlemburg as a follow up to make sure i was OK and wanted to know why i decided to leave b4 getting taken in. i flat out told the guy that their ER was shit and it would never see my business again, i also reminded him that i visit a hospital on at least a yearly basis. anyway, they suck...go elsewhere.

see i am more of a CKY camp fan. i enjoy knoxville and steve-o. but they get annoying after awhile. nice song lyrics, classic! i saw that performed live, right after meating the CKY band, moshing with raab himself and rake yohn, and before meeting april and phil. (april liked my suit jacket and told me phil had one at home in a larger size, haha). i am a hardcore fan of the CKY stuff, it scares me how much i obsess. see haggard yet? its gnarly. and oh man is jenn rivall hott!
