This is th second time in recent memory that spring mountain is open but bear is not. I know spring has less area to cover, but maybe bear should invest in more mobile guns to get one area opened at a time. Their strategy works well when weather is good, but concentrating fire on just a few trails when the forecast looks shitty is a better idea. Dead horse I know, maybe this winter will force them to come up with a newer snowmaking plan. I know many people from where I work that usually book for after Christmas In the hotel that arent making reservations obviously.

I have always wanted to ride in WV. Not because i hear its awesome, just because it looks fun, and its somewhere new to visit. Hell, I even boarded in iowa once and had fun.

I forgot how much i hate the lifts at boulder. Some padding would be nice.

^I poached it last season. You can clearly see the place from the deer run trail, super easy to get to. the trail is open at the top but super grown in the rest of the way. The trails further to the other side are still decent. Sucks the deal went through, the addition could have been pretty cool.

my area in jersey is calling for 3-5, enough for some urban. Sucks i have work all weekend. have fun guys!

Yeah, because every day i was at blue last season there was at least 3 employees standing around the scanner on the six pack.

Heres the deal. a good friend of mine recently lost his job. Then a few weeks later while he was at a friends, his house got robbed. Basically all he has is his car, and whatever was in his backpack, which was books and an iPad. He needs cash to get around to job interviews over the coming week, so he is letting it go for really freaking cheap. he is only asking 250. if anyone is interested PM me and ill get more info.

I went there last year since my brother goes to school nearby. I honestly had a ton of fun. It is very small, but has a nice view of the city, and the park was pretty well maintained. Felt more like a community park that had a ski option than a mountain, but i still had a great time. Now if you want to see an even smaller jersey hill, there were actually two in south jersey. both had chairlifts for some reason, one was in pine hill and the other in alloway creek near the salem nuclear plant. both have pages on Facebook with photos.

Indoor survival is brand new, never ridden. Ill have pics by wednesday, I'm stuck in AC for work. Lookin for around 250. Bindings look new. The only way you can tell they are used is if you turn them over and you see that the factory stickers are faded. 120. gopro hd 1080. Used a handful of times. I really do not see myself doing much POV stuff. I also do not have any adhesive mounts, but best buy does. Also comes with handlebar mount for bikes. 180.

Every time i have been to elk, the snow was fantastic. Every time i have been to elk, it was not a mad house like blue usually is. This is the MAIN reason for such a drastic difference in snow quality. In the past i would have said blue's snowmaking sucked, but this year i found it to be pretty decent.

Yup. They are the standard thule crossbars so anything Thule makes will fit. The mounts attatch to factory side rails.

Glad to hear it was packed. Hopefully it means demand for late season skiing is growing in the area, and more hills will follow camelbacks example and stay open longer, and discount tickets. I never understood why resorts in the area do not try and advertise late season skiing. Midwinter on the radio they boast about their snowmaking, why not throw in "awesome snowmaking blah blah that allows us to stay open until april!." Then switch the adds in march to advertise spring discount tickets or something. $$$$ there.

I think i am going to go. Haven't been to elk in a few years, and 20 doll hairs sounds right.
