you should check out the stuff people were saying to BC mark last season on here after they were forced to close becuase of the wondeful weather, and he still posts here. -
if brtndominant aint interested i might be.
-
they cant even build one trail in how many years? i guess it takes so long because they have so much vert and ground to cover in construction.

the vibe im getting from peak resorts is- peak cares about skiiers and riders, and knows what they are doing and how to be cost effective. -
the only new school tech i like is bronze edges. all the other stuff scares me.
-
and it rocks. ive never seen a companys website go so in depth on their products. you can view each individual piece of tech that goes into the boots boards and bindings. then i came across the binding tech, and they are very outspoken about burton here, without mentioning them by name. i wonder if their stats are correct about the stance options? http://www.romesnowboards.com/product/tech/binding/c-design/ -click on the 4x4 stance option

mid november is tricky nowadays since the winters arent as reliable. if you could, id reccomend going early december, as last season in vermont most resorts only had a few trails open for thanksgiving. i would recomend either okemo or mount snow. both are located in southern vermont, and offer easier terrain then other vermont resorts. this year mount snow was purchased by the people that own jfbb, and they installed a shitload of new snowguns, which may result in mount snow having the best conditions that early. okemo is also known for making alot of snow. if top to bottom terrain is open, then you will have longer trails and more vert here then you would at snow. you might also want to wait a bit and see what killingtons plans are. they are being pretty vague, and the new ownership has stated that early and late season there is no more. (used to be october-june). overall, snow or okemo would be your best bet, but i would try and wait until early december if you could.

imo, parks shouldnt be short enough to warrant rope tows. the halfpipe being an exception
-
im snowboarding in 2 weeks at the rome video premier. so if you cant wait, drive yo ass up to vermont.
-
its not one of mine either. im anxiously awaiting an october snowstorm in vermont so i can go earn some turns. ill be at shawnee a few times this season as well.

edit:justin said everything i said, but beat me too it. if you don't decide on jfbb, do not go to camelback. that place gets hella crowded with annoying people. and it gets windy and icy. another place you might want to look into is Shawnee. i have never had a bad time at Shawnee and the runs aren't too challenging, and it may be closer to you as its right on the Delaware. -
happy now dude? haha just messin with you. those are some really exciting improvements. im gonna miss bear this season. the lighting in the tubing park and whatnot sounds awesome. I will however miss the double when its replaced, i love that lift edit: even with the raise in prices, the passes and tickets are still damn reasonable. Can we get a reduction on the food prices though?
-
if there were new trails for this year, you would know. same with a lift. those things take time bra
-
whats the mileage?
-
that trip would be impossible. the traffic up there is some of the worst in the country. unless you wanted to go heliskiing in the northeast...
-
this sounds pretty cool. and the park riders get the real lodge? even better. i dont feel to shitty about getting a pass to creek this year anymore. now if only they would rebuild the lodge that burnt down over at vernon. tents at the base of your main peak? doesnt seem right..
-
thats the cover thingy i messaged you about they werent used that much, 4 or 5 times i think. real solid bindings. anyone interested in any ride ex's? i got black, and black and yellow.
-
yeah dude, just let me know either way sometime soon, although i doubt ill sell anything since its summer.

damn i wish i could go
