the majority of people at cb are new yorkers and id rather ride with tools from philly personally. i dont think k2fujative was retarded for what was said. saying any mountain around here has a summit is pretty funny, as that most are on platues, besides elk, boulder, and very few others. no one personally attacked you, only camelback. why must people get so defense over subtle thing? smoke a damn j dude.
-
your grammar. who knows though. pipes do take alot of snow to open.
-
nice video. big mountain looks like a nice place to consider for next year.
-
could possibly be true. do they know what they look like? half of them go down the mountain in the assume the position stance anyway.
-
i hate how i can only make it up at nights on the weekends. at least everything will be nice and rutted out for my arrival.
-
everyone on here cares when mountains close because skiing and riding is a big part of their lives, hense pa ski and ride. damn, why are people getting so touchy all of a sudden around here? edit: forgot to make my on topic statement. i dont think they stay open until april, their ponds are too low to continue pumping it out. boulder on the other hand, if they dont stay open until april, thats just foolish to waste all the resources they used making snow to stay open as long as they could if they made half the amount.

home depot sells lexan pretty cheap, and that slides really good and is durable as hell.
-
if its narrowed between those, id say a www definately. ive ridden my friends, and it definately has alot of flex.on another note, your from clearview dude? man i didnt think many people from sj rode, me and my boy had a rail jam sorta right up the street from clearview last week in east greenwhich.

rome artifact. i have one, a 153, and it is awesome. the bronze edges are amazing, you dont have to file them, so you can still turn real good and not catch an edge on rails. its really soft, nosepresses are sooooo easy on it. and its hella light. when the one i have is done, ill definately get another.
-
agreed. i was at spring last week and lost control on the trail that takes you to the backside, and almost hit my head on the boulders off to the side of the trail. helmets are golden. get better dude, dont push yourself too hard. it always sad to hear about an injury on a trip like that.

Peak Resorsts (what should we expect)
rgrwilco replied to motionus's topic in Jack Frost & Big Boulder
think we might finally see that pico/killy interconnect if they do? as long as the new owners dont somehow shut down the cabin.... -
bears parking isnt really living up to the hype this year and ill admit that. its still fun though. and the 7springs parks look like a great time, maybe better then bear. ive always wanted to go out there and i think i will, anyone else down? id have to go it alone since my buddies dont like to go far to ride(pussies).
-
damn groundhog. id rather ride hardpack so i can ride longer
-
everybody sucks at one point. dudes who yell at kids from the lift are just trying to make themselves feel better because they are lacking between the legs. hearing people complain about mountains is fun though. i love reading and agreeing with everything on the cb page.

its a cryin shame Pa has to be so wide
-
ive been there twice, and theres a few good trails off the summit., but most of the trails off of the gondola are pretty easy. as for park, there really isnt one. if you want to ride park, you should drive an extra 45 minuits to whiteface, and the slides might even be open by then too.
-
me and my friends had the same problem, so we just poured some water on ours and rode over it a few times, and it stayed in pretty good shape bear in april cant be worse then thanksgiving weekend at killy, and i would ride no matter how many people, with a smile on my face knowing that im riding pa in april.

man that sucks. the distributors must not be business savy if they are ignoring someone whos going to buy something. kinda like at burger king when the sign on the door said they close inside at 11, yet the door was locked at 9 and all the hoodrats just stared at my like i was an ass...
-
boulder always blows a lot of snow, and always seem to have better conditions then most areas. the base on the big boulder trail in march last year was impressive to say the least.
-
not for me either...

How is Rhodo, can someone please post the setup.......
rgrwilco replied to YellowSnowJerseyPro's topic in Camelback
were not funny, well we are, but most of us know what were talking about. dont get uppity because you guys cant get it right. boulder got it right, bear creek got it right, blues sorta there, shawnee and mountain creek both get it. its not that hard to make a good park, bears park was soo fun the first time they opened with bare spots everywhere in december. a dude came into my work and we were talkin about snowboarding(he had a forum shirt on so i asked). he proceeded to say he bought a cb season pass and regrets it.... edit:the picture of that rail looks like its the perspective that makes it really big. -
the old timberline rip..... a new trail like timberline used to be

man i dont think i saw anyone
