urrggg, i havent seen a flake since july

the forcast just keeps geeting worse where i live, it was just snow tonite, wed. night , and thursday, not it is snow and rain but i dont really mond b.c ill be in sinday river where there getting 3-6+ inches of snow

i got yelled at by my coach at camp, bc we were sking in a course with out poles and i almost fell like 20 times and i was scraping my hand to help me i guess from falling, so he yelled at me

i went to the ben and jerrys factory when i was up there for the Sugar slalom in April.. MMMMMM...good icecream

for me the race training is 3-4 hrs in the car , and 1.5 hrs of dry land, so i just do it at home, skiers edge and the running and all those exercises Edit: also my parent just dont feel like driving up there for they say something that i can do at home
