Boarder1x9 Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 They were working a lot on the pipe today but I left around 3 and didn't see what else happened. Both parks have pretty sick set ups right now Quote
paolo Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Today my trip to bear was good. I like how they built that kicker next to the big stairs so you can disaster them from there. Also the last jump in cascade is great. Keep it that way. The snow was pretty good and it wasnt too crowded. Hopefully they will finish the pipe tonight and it will be open tomorrow but I dont know if that will happen. Quote

Tyler Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 skiers left of the big staircase, lets you gap to the down part of the far left rail Quote
alexsz17 Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 yeah the lip on the left rail was my friends idea. Today the park was set up really really nice, the jumps were perfect. despite the slow snow at times, everything was stellar. Got some good filming in tonight,NAH mean? -AZP Quote
Another Wall Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Sweet word alex: Stellar. No but everything was perfect tonight. No ice in cascade first jump couldn't be better. The lip on the outside of stair set (my idea) was sick. Uncrowded, but lots of talented riders. Hands down the best night this season. Quote
burton71 Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Setup and conditions were really good today. Quote
JibHonk Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 i'm back at bear tomorrow...no more gay blue cloud jacket tho...instead i'm back to the big gray puffy coat Quote
paolo Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Tonight was good except for the fact that the snow was hard and it was extremely cold. The lips seemed to stay strong, less ruts than normal, and it wasnt too crowded. Quote
snowboarddude Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 i'm aloud back at bear NO GAY BLUE BABY BLUE JACKET anymore Quote

Blong131 Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 bitch dont hate on the park crew obv they cant do evrything...wer lucky to hav such a good crew keepin shit so crispy as it is Quote
pinemind Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 yeah, my favorite rails were covered in 2 feet of ice...bitch good job park crue, i hate you Then go ride the actual mountain, or god forbid hit a jump. Rails, rails, rails. Quote
Blong131 Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 and most ov the rails wer well uncovered...the only ones we wer missing were the hubba and the flow unless im mistakin...so seriosuly go freaking cry about it Quote
mollyskeez Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 (edited) yeah, my favorite rails were covered in 2 feet of ice...bitch good job park crue, i hate you i havent even met you but i already hate you! =]! idk if you realize the effort that goes into the parks. you should just stop breathing now if you think its park crew fault! they dont aim the snowguns! the two features that were covered were the hubba and the 30 foot flat box just hit the rails and if you cant.... LEARN instead of complaining. your coment was very unjustifyed. Edited March 1, 2008 by MISSDEMEANOR Quote
poconoceancity Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 Park staff seems like a thankless job. I think there are 100 complaints to every one compliment. Quote
Saurus Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 Then go ride the actual mountain, or god forbid hit a jump. Rails, rails, rails. I want to see you do 7's and up on jumps because your making fun of everyone who doesnt do jumps. Therefore you better be good as shit(onjumps), and if youre not youre just an asshole who puts people down who do rails. DONT GO TO BEAR anymore. we dont want you there. And opotak youre a homo, go back to blue and ride pure ice. Minizep- did you have some red hoodie with diamonds on it that was like 10 sizes to big for you on tonight? Quote

The guy was ripping on the park crew. There's plenty of other things to do on the mountain if 2 rails aren't perfect one day. It had nothing to do with jumps vs. rails. Quote
nick Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 oh yeah...well lets all talk about the pipe and how much it sucks balls. annnnnnndddddd go. Quote
