WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM WEDNESDAY MORNING TO NOON THURSDAY... SNOW WILL BEGIN TO FALL WEDNESDAY AND WITH UP TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE BEFORE DARK. SNOW WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY NIGHT... HEAVY AT TIMES... THEN BEGIN TO MIX WITH SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN AFTER MIDNIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION COULD CHANGE OVER TO JUST RAIN THURSDAY MORNING.
