johnnypowder Posted January 29, 2008 Report Posted January 29, 2008 No matter if your team wins or looses the big game on Sunday, take Monday off and hit the slopes at Sn Quote
ski HEAD Posted January 29, 2008 Report Posted January 29, 2008 Not to mention that the mt is in incredible shape. I skied there all weekend and the only ice was on Rattler at the end of the day, around 3:30 on sunday. The trees are great fun, heard some people got in some trouble in there, not quite ready skill wise or skiing stupid, whatever it was I call it natural selection. anyway some of the best snow was on Highball, beginner terrain, which was really great for some people first time skiing. The bumps were great on WL and Boomer. I hope they don't groom them down, blowing more snow on them would make them fantastic. Quote
g15 Posted January 29, 2008 Report Posted January 29, 2008 (edited) in regards to the trees: "ski good or eat wood!" And yeah, the skiing was excellent last weekend. Edited January 29, 2008 by g15 Quote
kragan Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 ... whatever it was I call it natural selection.... hmmm, $15 lift tickets might get me up there for the first time ever. Quote
poconoceancity Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 hmmm, $15 lift tickets might get me up there for the first time ever. I thought you were there with me before. Quote
bigdaddyk Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 ... The bumps were great on WL and Boomer. ... Boomer needs to be groomed. It limits terrain by having two bumped trails, in the same area. Quote
