Glenn Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 tp4 if you don't mind a 1-2 hour wait for roughly 1000 vert your crazy or very patient When was the last time you waited 2 hours for a chair? Quote
Glenn Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 You do know that lookers left is the east side right? Quote
Ski Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 at CB on a crowded day the east side is your only problem as far as lift waits go...cause on other parts of the mtn you just use what i call "secondary" lifts, like Cleo triple, john bailey, and mark anthony. and for the quad near the lodge...just go to the left side of the lift line, everybody goes to the right side (looking up the mtn) CB weekends probably made the transition to living in NY a little easier. Glenn Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 i was talking about the lines for the quad near the main lodge (i always mix up their names) That would be the sullivan on the west side. Quote

Glenn Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 I'll bet CB is just loving that this thread title keeps getting bumped. Bump for stoke. Quote

Ski Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Bump for stoke Whew, I thought maybe CB was closed this weekend. Quote
BCBSNOBBSkier Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Does Anyone Know when CB installed their lifts? Quote
Ski Posted March 2, 2008 Report Posted March 2, 2008 I know their Stevenson High Speed quad is from 1994..and I think the Sullivan is from 1997 or so.. The $99 March pass in the other thread is a nice deal, especially this year with so much base. Quote
poconoceancity Posted March 2, 2008 Report Posted March 2, 2008 The $99 March pass in the other thread is a nice deal, especially this year with so much base. Plus you can roll it in to next years pass. I wish blue would offer something like that, since I could manage that drive a little better. Quote
GrilledSteezeSandwich Posted October 17, 2016 Report Posted October 17, 2016 Dude, all you have to ever say is: Blue closed. Forget explanations, forget excuses. From this day on, it's just a simpleBlue closed.Blue shut down operations for the night after a brief, passing thundershower and didn't mention it on the website and the girl on the phone didn't even want to tell me. I had to press her. She kept trying to say that "we'll be open tomorrow morning"...they were trying to hide it.I'm not saying anything good about CB and I'm not saying anything bad about Blue. I'm just saying that Blue let CB off the hook for the rest of the year. Wow just wow. Quote
