Its not quite sticking yet but I think in an hour or two it will start sticking (assuming it keeps falling). Hopefully the mountains will be able to start blowing soon (not sure the temps are low enough yet). It's cool because it's also piling up on all the tree limbs. Schools around Scranton are closed because of flooding and closed over here for snow.
