moe ghoul
I'm eyeballing Sunday River or Sugarloaf for a last spring session. Some pretty sweet midweek deals at Sunday, but been there already this year. Checkin some deals at Sugarloaf.
rgrwilco
whiteface and gore are super fun in the spring. i think lifts are half price towards the end, or at least they were a few years ago

I wouldn't mind going to another mountain if the conditions are better.
moe ghoul
Stowe kills it for spring skiing FTW...97 inches at the stake near the top of the quad yesterday evening...with this storm it was several inches of snow..now rain and mixed...then back to snow tomorrow.. Spring rates at Stowe begin March 31st... http://www.stowe.com/tickets/lift_tickets/ I emailed sugarloaf for a quote for 4/6-4/11, I think the snowfall has a better chance of good accumulation further north. VT looks like they might get some in the NE corner of the state. Further up the better, imo.

moe ghoul
Ahhh..but for pure terrain Stowe owns Sugarloaf...and it's three hours closer..and they are going to get dumped on in early April..I just know it..lol 5 days lift tickets for me at Stowe will be $175 5 nights of lodging would be about $300-350...but in theory I can stay longer than 5 nights..I'll blow plenty of squila in town though..on food and drink.. I need to get out of PA..I haven't been anywhere since J-Hole and I'm itchy.. Never been to 'loaf, and it looks like they got plenty of terrain for me. If a few more hours driving means more snow, I'll take that chance.
moe ghoul
I'm thinking of splitting it up, going to see my bro and wife in Exeter, NH, ski Gunstock for a day, then head up to Maine. Nothing def. yet. Just noodling about it.
Johnny Law
ski Gunstock for a day, then head up to Maine. Gunstock is a cool little mountain and you could hit tucks on the way back. Spring skiing at tuxs is amazing.
