DHarrisburg Posted June 1, 2008 Report Posted June 1, 2008 I'm sure but in the ski towns out west..most of the locals get burnt out on skiing by April and are ready for climbing, kayaking and mountain biking..not everybody is like me and wants to just ski ski ski. hahahahahahahaha Quote
RajeevGuptaSucheeta Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 Snowbird Utah is open weekends only into June..maybe July..and they've received over 17 inches in the past 2 days woth more than a 100 inch mid-mountain base.. A-Basin Colorado is open through June 8th.. Timberline on Mount Hood is open through the summer and they had a huge snow year. Whistler BC is still open.. I think Mammoth is done after this weekend.. yes, yes you could go to south america and ski at valle nevado or portillo, maybe chapelco? from india we could go to NZ and ski treble cone or the remarkables. I will be going instead to the village of Bhrugubada to visit uncle balaaditya for holiday. maybe we can play a good game of kabaddi. Quote
