Same…I’ve had such a long stretch of barely spending any money and I think it’s gonna end soon. Since ski season I’ve bought like three t shirts and socks. Quote
JFskiDan Posted August 16, 2023 Report Posted August 16, 2023 Still like my daily drivers for Blue, been looking at some powder skis, because the farmers almanac says we are gonna get hammered this year with multiple 10" pow days. 3 1 Quote

North of effort, south of the raceway? Text me. I’ll go with Quote

I’ve been looking hard at enforcers. Btw this is the longest I think you’ve ever gone without switching up your daily drivers. Edited August 16, 2023 by RidgeRacer Quote

I’ll go with I'm not sure if you'd be going that direction for anything, but if you get to that light at Jonas and 115 (CVS) and turn north 115, it's clear as day. Like 1oclock position. The top is the (I think) southernmost point of Sierra view development. Map isn't recent enough, but the gray marker top left Sierra view. Edited August 17, 2023 by Benm 3 Quote
RidgeRacer Posted August 17, 2023 Report Posted August 17, 2023 Yep that’s where I was thinking. Was just looking at it the other day thinking jeez that would be fun if it snowed. Quote

momskeeztoo Posted September 30, 2023 Report Posted September 30, 2023 I’ve really treated myself this year. New skis, bindings, goggles. Snagged a pair of Goretex ski pants on Backcountry for $178! I’m thinking maybe new boots, as well. 3 Quote
Popular Post theprogram4 Posted October 1, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted October 1, 2023 New board has been ordered! 9 1 Quote
Barb Posted October 1, 2023 Report Posted October 1, 2023 (edited) Is that a split board or just a graphic line down the middle? nvm don’t see any clips at nose or tail answered my own question. Edited October 1, 2023 by Barb Quote
theprogram4 Posted October 9, 2023 Report Posted October 9, 2023 Not sure if I should say anything to Ride or Fed Ex…new board came and there was water in the packaging causing rust on the edges. Most of it was able to wipe off but still some marks left. Frustrating to open the box and see this 1 Quote
Johnny Law Posted October 9, 2023 Report Posted October 9, 2023 Gummy stone or half a run in the sand and it will be gone. Hate when stuff shows up like that but like 10 mins in the right environment and there is some rust on the edges. 1 Quote

I never cared much about rust as it’s gone after a run, but seeing it on a brand new board freaked me out 2 Quote
Mixilplix Posted October 9, 2023 Report Posted October 9, 2023 I would send an email to whoever you bought it from...Got nothin to lose...and if somethin does go south you got something to back it up... 3 Quote

Shadows Posted October 9, 2023 Report Posted October 9, 2023 Is aluminum that expensive? No rust Quote

It’s interesting learning about different materials. I’ve watched a lot of coal mining videos…they even make carbon fiber stickers for cars. Quote
Shadows Posted October 10, 2023 Report Posted October 10, 2023 Does it matter when you don't have edges in the first place? Quote
