I was just wondering, since I have not seen the announcement in the paper or on the web site, has C'back broken ground for the new hotel? What with the credit crunch, etc. and now the announcement that the new casino complex in Bethlehem is being scaled back, if not facing not reaching completion, I wondered what fate might have befallen C'back.
