I kept trying always around the same times, so I tried early in the morning around 6:30am when I got up for work and won. Not sure if the time had anything to do with it. I used the free ticket last year and hopefully will get another one this year. The only thing I do not like this year is that its a text message they send you instead of the print out last year.
