bigdaddyk Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 I left the house at 10:40 and was on the access road by 11:40. There was already a decent line of cars in front of me. I got to the parking lots and the top was already full. They were directing cars into the lower lot. I pulled into the lower lot, made a U turn and headed for home. There was still a line of cars flowing into the access road. I figured it wouldn't be crowded today, since everybody should be having dinner. I didn't feel like dealing with crowds. Quote
bigdaddyk Posted December 25, 2008 Author Report Posted December 25, 2008 (edited) The weather was great today for skiing...I wish Blue was open.. I agree, but I'm in one of those moods where I don't feel like dealing with shit shows. I should have drove to Elk, instead of heading to ER. Edited December 25, 2008 by bigdaddyk Quote

DiMe Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 (edited) I got there around 1:30pm today and took about 3 runs. The lift lines werent crowded I had to wait no more than 60 seconds to get on either of the quads. I left though because of all the rain the mountain was solid as a rock smooth ice everywhere. Most of the crowd was sitting somewhere on the hill because they couldn't handle the ice. Edited December 26, 2008 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote

It got off the sully and stared coasting towards king tut to try and see the new progression park as soon as I went to kick when I lost speed my foot just slid could barely get grip to kick lol. I'm hoping they'll do a good job grooming tonight and it wont be so bad tomarrow but I don't know tomarrow is going to be in the mid 30's but overcast and this weekend its supposed to hit the 50's than drop again the next day seems like more icy conditions for the week to come.
