nick malozzi
Hey man, sorry i couldn't help ya out the other night with the computer issues. Sucks that the editing bit ya in the ass, looks like you had a ton of great footage. Certainly a nice lil vid though considering.
AtomicSkier
That video could benefit from some de-interlacing That's Blue Mountain in most of those shots, right?
phillycore
good footage.... a little hard to watch (wasn't sure if it was the editing you were speaking of?? Or it actually might be this crappy computer terminal at work ) Either way Matt is kickin ass...
Justo8484
That video could benefit from some de-interlacing That's Blue Mountain in most of those shots, right? yes. what kind of camera did you shoot that with? looks like the awesome quality of a sony digital 8. what sort of editing issues did you have? being drunk doesnt count... I'm not sure the EXACT details, but I got a call at about 1:30AM from shadows asking if I had a desktop that they could toss their hard drive in. So I'd guess it was more then just editing issues, it was more along the lines of computer issues.
Papasteeze
rail and box skills are dialed in, but IMO it needed proportionately more jump footage showing similar amount of variations. just me. ..

Shadows
yea guys, we all know he needs more jumps. we only had like a week and a half of film time though. the computer issues were fuct. the desktop we were doing everything on crashed. so we couldnt even get our footy off it to another computer. eventually we got the computer to boot up and started editing in premier when premeir froze and we had to restart the comp. somethin is fucked up though cause the comp only boots on certain times. so we got the footy off the desktop eventually and moveed it to a laptop. the laptop has premier and i wanted to start editing but for some reason premier wouldnt play the video on the laptop....... so i had to edit it in movie maker which blows. stunts camera is LEGIT. its a jvc hd7 but the importing software is so gay. i dont even want to talk about it. the quality though.... his camera is so fresh but the way we have to import, edit, and post KILLS quality. TylerDurden
How are you importing it?
Shadows
How are you importing it? right now the only thing we can do is burn the footy to a dvd through a dvd recorder that just captures it in real time. once thats done we can load it on a comp but we then have to convert it so we can edit with it because JVC has some gay format. everything will be solved shortly though - the only thing we need to make things work nice and smooth is an hdmi capture card. theyre just around 250 bills. so whenever stunt wants to drop some dough, we'll be good.
