Johnny Law Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 Boardin Nerd didn't have a good time, and there were some icy spots. But the snow was deep in places where the wind had blown it into protected areas Perhaps a bit boney though To be fair to Blue Knob none of the damage occurred on real trails (logging road), and sorry for the shitty pics Ansel Adams I'm not. toast21602 Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 i don't see how you can't have a good time with snow like that... Quote
boardin_nerd Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 1st, never said i didn't have a good time.. i had a great time.... 2nd, the conditions were alot nicer for skiiers, my edges were detunes, and its different for boarders.. 3rd. I did hit that trail, and i forgot to put it in my report, but it was most deffinitly the best trail for the day. alot of powder. best powder i've seen in PA. But the middle was solid ice on the one side, and big ice chunks/balls on the other side.. I only got to go on it twice though because Ski patrol yelled at me. Quote
