andTO86
If you haven't noticed, it's listed on the calendar as the 15th. Seems a bit early to me... Thoughts?

TylerDurden
Sweet skimming a ditch filled with contaminated sewage water.
BC-Mark
Just to verify, just because we are having pond skimming on the 15th does not mean that will be the last day of the season. We just wanted to make sure we have plenty of snow to build a nice big pond this year.
sexkitten
Just to verify, just because we are having pond skimming on the 15th does not mean that will be the last day of the season. We just wanted to make sure we have plenty of snow to build a nice big pond this year. I just looked at BC's website and it said "tentative 03/22". Hmmmmm? BC-Mark
Whoops, we had it tentatively set for the 22nd and forgot to delete that calendar entry. It is definitely the 15th.
TylerDurden
Did it, crushed it, owned it. I did the whole pond then took out all the spectators watching from the end. Even a great decelerate such as water can't slow this dude down.
TylerDurden
Really though, Bear should have one this year in the dead of winter. Thus being the case, it will be easier to get speed and for everyone who didn't make it, unlike me, will have a better chance. In regards to the water freezing because chances are it will 32 degrees or below, parkcrew can pore home brew Appalacian moonshine imported from mid-PA. This will also help the individuals who don't make it even more, when they fail the pond, they can drink themselves into oblivion. I was even thinking about contacting the Polar Bear Club and get a little collabo action going on.
