Matt Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 (edited) the proper ski technique to initiate a turn is to roll your ankles, then your knees over, then hips. i have a tendency of doing the opposite, hips knees ankles. it's a tough habit to break. oh, and the 1 ski drill helps with your overall balance as well...
