NiftySHIFTY
Accuweather is saying a low in the mid 20's for tonight at Lake Harmony. This means for like...a couple hours..Boulder would have a chance to test out a few guns. I never remember them testing in the past, they usually just go for it when they start the season but anyone think it's a possibility? Probably not, oh well just informing you guys of the cold temps up there currently and into the weekend. They're saying 1.2" of snow too, but I'm not counting on anything. Noaa isn't quite as optimistic, although they are calling for some snow too.
NiftySHIFTY
Could Big Boulder beat Killington for earliest opening in the east??? tomorrow night looks cold as well.. Haha although that would be sick, I don't see it possible let alone happening. I said test the guns doug, not full out open a slope lol. Brian
Wasn't Boulder one of the firsts on the East Coast last season?

HouseMuzik
3" in Lake Harmony as of 4pm yesterday. Its been snowing since then so id guess they would have gotten another inch or two since then. So yes, Big Boulder is white right now And at least a few more inches in the forecast over the next day or two it looks like. A shame that by next thursday its supposed to be up in the 60s
RidgeRacer
There are giant flakes falling outside my window now. It's not really accumulating, but still cool to see when I look outside. Edited October 17, 2009 by PA Ridge Racer

Actually, that title goes to Sunday River. They already opened. Apparently they have been first in the east three years in a row now. Oh yeah, greetings from my new home in the Catskills.
