Yea, there is a small hill nearby I thinking i might go try and build a jump on. Not sure yet though. I haven't seen any easy rails to go attempt, but I haven't actually been looking. So who knows. Those fees are expensive but they really do a lot. Yard work, pool maintenance, snow removal. I hate all that kind of stuff. I'd rather establish a solid boot pack then shovel out a sidewalk.
