Santa Clauss Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 So would any of you guys have gone into detail as to why they need a new website if I didn't go and say you were wrong? I'd like a new website too and now they have 10x more reasons to do it... Quote
ski14 Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Congrats Sno on the new website!! Quote
Melissa Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 OMG, I freaking love it! New trail map, too! Now, Sno looks like a real mountain!! Quote
riderossi Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Finally... Looks good too. Pretty sure that's the same trail map as the montage one just some "bling" added to it. Either way it beats the cartoon map. Now hopefully it stays updated. Quote
moe ghoul Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Sno looks awesome to drive by on my way to Elk. Their hours of operation are what attracted me to Elk and skip their opening .....Night. Quote
fleaguy Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Very nice web site. Â Is everyone happy now? Â Now what are (the few) going to complain about? Â I know....they're making too much snow, and my goggles get wet when I ski under the guns! Quote
Brian Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 I think I'll complain about Fleaguy's lack of avatar! Quote
fleaguy Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 I think I'll complain about Fleaguy's lack of avatar! Happy now? Â It's an older picture of me. Â I'm not as handsome as I once was. Â And I have even less hair! 1 Quote
Melissa Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Yeah all of the North face is open. Quote
Brian Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Haha, I'll be getting my camera after Xmas (hoping it goes on sale some). Then you'll get pics with the TR. Quote

Brian Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Lighting is still an issue...but it's better than nothing. Â You really can't complain about something that: 1. They're aware of. 2. They're in the process of fixing. 3. They have been fixing for multiple seasons. 4. I'm awesome. Quote
Santa Clauss Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Websites really nice! Â Rode NF all saturday morning, on the ski's and board, lapped lightning, the woods are covered pretty good with overblow... good time. Quote

xNick11 Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 Is it just me or do they not have a Loki Terrain Park section anymore? Also the picture of the skier on the home site isn't even taken at sno, and they should really do something about the huge pictures that fill the screen when you click on them to enlarge them. None the less, their site has been improved... Quote

xNick11 Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 TheTerrain park page will be back once the park is built. Â Which pictures are you referring to that fill the screen when you click them? Word, if you go to Home/The Mountain/Photos and click on any photo in that section it fills the screen while the webcam, twitter, and weather are on top of the photo. It would look cleaner if it enlarged in one of those flash boxes where you can click next or back and X out also. Not sure if this only happens in Sarafi but should definitely be fixed. Quote

Fixed the picture issue for now. Planning on replacing the whole photo gallery with a different one that works better. Quote
riderossi Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 Thought the picture problem was just my PC, looks better now. The webcam doesn't seem to update for me like it did on the old site..? Quote
g15 Posted December 22, 2009 Author Report Posted December 22, 2009 Thought the picture problem was just my PC, looks better now. The webcam doesn't seem to update for me like it did on the old site..? The webcam will only update when the page is refreshed. If you want the fully animated one, go to The Mountain/Webcam and click the image. Or you can go directly to http://webcam.snomtn.com:81 Quote
riderossi Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 (edited) The direct link worked... Maybe make the webcam "screenshot" on the homepage a link so when you click on it, it will open up that link to the cam? Edited December 23, 2009 by riderossi Quote
