I have a set of Yakima Fat Cat 4 carriers I'd like to sell. I used them only 2 weeks. I used them fishing rod

carrier and they were not right for the job. I'll sell the set for $90. I live in Cape May Court House, NJ.

Do they come with the attachments to mount on factory cross bars? Do they lock? I'll give you $75 for them and can pick them up. I live about 15 minutes away.
