Another Wall Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 (edited) Hello all, I am posting to ask advice and counsel from all of you. With the current weather of course I am searching for the largest hill in the area; if anyone has any local knowlege about a large to very large sized hill, preferably with a small flat section where one might build a jump followed by a second hill for landing, and is willing to share it would be much appreciated. DiMe Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 (edited) Just scope out local power line trails on any nearby mountain/big hill. Many are graded flat down flat down like. Edited December 19, 2009 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote

Johnny Law Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Yes yes power lines Johnny law has the idea. That power line has more vert than nearly all of the pa resorts, the exceptions being Blue, Blue Knob and Sno. The second picture is from near philly and that is my cousin's arm, lots of hip deep drifts in that particular area. Quote
RomeAgent Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Check your local country clubs/golf courses. Some townships allow sledding during the day, and the ones that dont, well, night riding is good. I went to Doylestown Country Club all day yesterday and was not bothered. Built two nice kickers, bought some PBR and had a blast! Nice workout hiking, too. 1 Quote
