Snowboard Suggestions

Hey one of my friends is looking into getting a new snowboard. I know a bunch of you guys work at stores and could probably help me out with some suggestions.

 

He is 5'11" and weighs about 135, also wears a size 12 boot. He is mainly a freerider but will hit the park only on occasions. He is an intermediate rider. Can do every run at like Blue but isn't a bomber. Not looking to spend over $500. Any suggestions would be appreciated and if you need any more info just let me know.

He's gonna need something wide.

 

Maybe something like a Salomon Answer magnum(magnum is just salomon's wide boards)

Or a K2 podium wide.

 

If he's looking for something rockered that will still freeride pretty well, i can get him a good deal on a Ride Machete 157 wide.

Neversummer Legacy. Great mid-wide, all-mtn freestyle board. The new ones are rockered, so it's supposed to help in both the park and powder(not like we get that at Blue).
