DiMe Posted December 27, 2009 Report Posted December 27, 2009 (edited) shit. alright then looks like ill be spending the 10 dollars. any restrictions on getting it? parent signature or anything? I think guardian signature if your under 18 but I doubt they'll card you if you just pretend you are and sign the line If you want to play it safe they have the form on the website I think to print so you can have it signed to bring with you. Kyle Posted December 27, 2009 Author Report Posted December 27, 2009 well im 18 anyway so it shouldnt be a problem. thanks for the help. Quote
dw2430 Posted December 27, 2009 Report Posted December 27, 2009 not worth the 10 at all. if you want to hit the park at all just go around or under one of the fences up top and just continue to take the nile lift back up. 1 Quote
dw2430 Posted December 27, 2009 Report Posted December 27, 2009 yeah for people that understand and know how to properly ride in the park. im sure the guy is more than capable of riding the park if his home mt is listed as jfbb. 10 dollars is a ridiculous amount of money to pay to ride what is current available in that park. that might change later in the year but for right now i would suggest to do what i posted previously. save that 10 bucks for gas/food or if your gss, you can save that 10 bucks to go to the sands some more. 2 Quote

Get a job at McDonalds or something... than $10 wont seem like so much If you get caught ducking the fence than it's gonna cost you the price of your lift ticket and your day of riding... Whats more costly? Edited December 27, 2009 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote
skier1112 Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 anyone going to be up at cb tomorrow? ill be there from 830 am til around 3. ill be mostly in the park, i have grey pants and a grey jacket with a little orange on it with line invaders. if you want to ride just say whats up, my names ben. poop Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 you dont need a park pass. if you appear to be in control and know what your doing they dont check you. never got asked once last year in like the 20 times i went there. 1 Quote
BurtonGirl Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 Park pass is bogus... Look at big mountains that are legit do any of them charge to ride the park? No. Camelsack just wants money and their park crew lackeys support it since theirs are free. There is NO reason they should have to charge for a park pass. Ridiculousnessssss Quote
BurtonGirl Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 I'm fine with the park pass that's whatever.. but having to pay for it? What about us people who don't ride there everyday... I ride up north so coming down and paying 10 bucks to hit some rails... at a place I already paid 45 bucks for because camelback is too cheap to give their employees some vouchers for friends and family like the used to... come on Quote
Kyle Posted December 29, 2009 Author Report Posted December 29, 2009 uh i rode big boulder instead. it was free to get into the park. 1 Quote
mollyskeez Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 i think the parkpass system is great... 10 bucks for snake free riding is fine with me, and you can use it as many times after that as you want. Quote
DiMe Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 It is true they are charging for everything they possibly can and it does suck for someone that just visits a couple times a season to have to pay an additional $10. From a local stand point though it's free for pass holders and definitely decreases park traffic. Quote

GregO' Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Since it is free with a seaon pass, why not issue it with the seasons pass. You already have to sign the BS disclaimer. Oh this would be to customer friendly for CB. I will try again today (2 failed attempts no one there) Quote

JDSCHMOO22 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 I avoided the park yesterday morning, but by the afternoon, I wanted to hit some rails/jumps and paid the $10. It was sweet not having to stop at every hit to wait for it to clear out, or have to dodge the pizza wedgers. I'm all for anyone being allowed in the park, now I'm all about paying $10 once a season to avoid the crowded parks I run into at Blue and Bear. Quote
