DiMe Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 (edited) Wow those walls look smaller than the old pipe on laurel glade... Must be just the angle of the picture though. Edited January 12, 2010 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote
Justo8484 Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 Wow those walls look smaller than the old pipe on laurel glade... Must be just the angle of the picture though. yeah they look super under-vert. like, near impossible to air out and not deck. Quote
toast21602 Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 that doesn't look enjoyable at all. no offense. Quote
Jer Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 hard to tell from the photo, but if its small and under vert you can always throw some bonks and jibs on the decks to make it a super fun little trick ditch. good job on getting a pipe open already. Quote
Sno Mountain Skier Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 Like everyone else said, that looks terrible. Quote
DiMe Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 I say do away with the half pipe and just add features to that trail. Maybe a small/medium jump line and some jibs. Quote

mollyskeez Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 also are you guys having any other competitions this year? and do you know the dates? Quote
Jer Posted January 13, 2010 Report Posted January 13, 2010 thiss. ive been wanting to ride a little pipe with bonks and stuff for so long but have never even seen it. come on out to 7springs this spring as that is our plan for our mini pipe this year! Quote
DiMe Posted January 19, 2010 Report Posted January 19, 2010 Alright that looks legit now. I think the pic Ross used was like 3 years old when there was a 1/4 pipe at the end bad marketing tsk tsk Quote
DiMe Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 (edited) It looks like they're finally letting people into the park via Caesar/Marc now that the pipe is open. They had the fence down today and instead stretched it across the entrance to the pipe and parks with park crew checking passes at the fence opening. I hope it stays this way, having to go to the Glenn lift to take a run through the park was really starting to get on my nerves. Edited January 20, 2010 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote
