Nipples Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 In park city I was tiring 450s on to a box. I tried 4 times and only landed 1 of them but it was very sloppy said a friend I was skiing with. Is there anyone that can do a 450 on and can give me some tips. Quote
soldier32 Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 never tried 450s, but how was park city's park? Quote
Nipples Posted April 1, 2005 Author Report Posted April 1, 2005 It was awsome they had 5 70ft kikers in a row, a nice rollacoster rail, good s box 50 ft long and battle ship, 5 good jumps in row perfec for 720s, lots of good boxes for 270s and alot more. Quote
LineSki Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 my friend does 450 on and 270 outs because he says its easier. he is also a snowboarder though, he says he just pops as high as he can and spins like hell and keeps doing it and his momentum carries him into the the 270 out. Quote
Nipples Posted April 1, 2005 Author Report Posted April 1, 2005 I jumped so far down the box when I came I 270 OFF. Quote
Justo8484 Posted April 1, 2005 Report Posted April 1, 2005 i've landed one technically, my brother can do them consistently though. whats your problem? do you keep spinning when you land? if so, look in the opposite direction of your spin, that should stop the rotation. if its a matter of not landing centered, just keep at it and you'll eventually figure out where in your rotation you need to compensate. ridge Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 I did not see Steve do it but I saw him tri 2 times. Quote
Gurp Posted April 2, 2005 Report Posted April 2, 2005 If its sloppy, its just a matter of practicing it and getting it steezy. Making something look good isn't something you can ask someone how to do. It takes practice and determination. Keep practicing!! Quote
DHarrisburg Posted April 3, 2005 Report Posted April 3, 2005 Uhh. Learn consistant 270s then go faster and carve harder off the jump. It's really not all that difficult. Quote
ridge Posted April 15, 2005 Report Posted April 15, 2005 Steve can already do 270 on to a rail 19 out of 20.I would like to see 270 on and 270 off. Quote
