ectobar Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 As long as I can find my car in the morning I'll be there. Quote
AtomicSkier Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 JF will be lucky to see 6" due to how north it is. Quote
oldtimeskier Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 Have never been to JF Thinking of heading up on Sunday 2/6 with my son. Will it be crowded? Was thinking maybe with the snow storm people will stay away? Thanks! Quote
AtomicSkier Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Sunday is going to be packed because roads will be fine, and people think they'll find fresh powder on Sunday Quote
C1erArt Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Superbowl Sunday though. Some people have screwed up priorities and will stay home. Quote
oldtimeskier Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 Thanks for insight. If it is going to be crowded I will stay away. Can't stand the crowds anymore. Will take a day off from work to try JF. Enjoy the day at JF! Quote
C1erArt Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 (edited) Thanks for insight. If it is going to be crowded I will stay away. Can't stand the crowds anymore. Will take a day off from work to try JF. Enjoy the day at JF! Today, it was pretty crowded, but I never had to wait in a lift line - left about noon. They had both east mtn chairs going, and were never more than 2/3 full. mostly less than 1/2. Challenge lift was ski-up-able, and Exhibition lift had 2 chairs worth in front of me on the way out. Crowded conditions at JF have a different meaning than Blue, Camelback or even Elk. Edited February 6, 2010 by C1er Quote
