DiMe Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 (edited) Decided to spend the day around my property making some fresh tracks and setting up a couple jibs. This weekend I may go out and hike some real vert around the area while the pow is still deep enough Setting things up Boot deep! Wide Box Friends Edited February 13, 2010 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote

Thanks, it's nice to finally have enough snowfall to set it up decent, especially for this week when our local hills are going to be zooooos I don't see a train...sorry but no train.. haha I know when I read his TR after I posted mine my jaw dropped. Johnnylaw smoked me in the PA back country experience! Might go for something similar this weekend if I feel up to it but I know I def can't top it Edited February 13, 2010 by DiMeThIcOnE Quote
PASKIINGSUCKS Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 I'll just leave this in here I guess. Once you've built a snowfort there really is only one thing left to do, why jump it of course. We have three small kickers on this line and the igloo jump. We set it up last weekend and I wouldn't doubt it is still there after the rain, I'm gonna go check on it tonight. I'll be back out there saturday morn to rebuild. For anyone in the area and familiar it is just off the perkiomen trail like 200 yards from the crusher road parking lot in green lane. Walk like your headed to spring mountain and once you cross the high bridge over the unami creek it's another 50 yards or so to a large field on the left. Jumps are up in the middle of the field, I'm sure you can see them from the trail. Don't worry about the no trespassing signs. Quote
