What root said. 64 passed but won't take effect until 2014. From what I read the federal government can step in before that and shut it all down. If they don't, anyone over 21 can buy 1 oz of pot for personal use but can't smoke in public. You can also grow up to 6 plants in your house.

Root any good hills to ski down in summit? Fairmount cemetery in Chatham has a pretty decent pitch and u can pick your own root through the tombstones.

South Mountain reservation in west orange/millburn. Some good trails in there but would need 2'+
