Models show a coastal low and cold air will be around, rain/snow mix in say burlington and the valley's but the Green Spine could pick up some inches.

so, take it for what its worth, but lots of people saying we get pretty cold next week.  Does it stick around?  Are they "ready to blow"?  Can BIg Boulder open the tilted tabletop known as freedom by Saturday the 22nd? I think BB will blow this week. Once they do others will follow. We will be on the snow this month in PA. I'm off for teachers convention, I wish there was a place open to make a weekend out of it.
