...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM WEDNESDAY TO 1 AM EST
THURSDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW ...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM
WEDNESDAY TO 1 AM EST THURSDAY. THIS REPLACES THE PREVIOUS WINTER
STORM WATCH.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY AND THE POCONOS OF SOUTHEAST
PENNSYLVANIA...ALONG AND NORTH OF THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES. POTENTIALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS IN
THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN WEDNESDAY MORNING AROUND DAYBREAK...
AND BE HEAVY AT TIMES DURING THE DAY...DIMINISHING TO FLURRIES
BETWEEN 8 PM AND MIDNIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO BETWEEN 29 AND 32 DEGREES DURING THE
SNOW.

* IMPACTS...ANYONE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL PLANS WEDNESDAY SHOULD
COMPLETE TRAVEL BY 7 AM AT THE LATEST TO AVOID ANY SIGNIFICANT
WEATHER RELATED DELAYS, OR TRAVEL AFTER ROADS ARE CLEARED
WEDNESDAY NIGHT OR EARLY THURSDAY.

Coming in even wetter with more heat......more qpf but temp issues for PHL area, upper level like Blue should do better 4-8", Philly maybe 2" on the grass not much on the roads but we still got time.

The fact that most of the precipitation occurs during the daytime

Hours doesn't bode well.
