-8 in Jackson hole, Utah, Colorado etc feels much different than - 8 in Vermont. I too go out west for terrain and snow but it also feels nicer due to the drier air.

Came home after skiing, sipping a Caucasian and watching The Americans when I noticed a small white spot moving around in my right eye. Just happened suddenly . Wife thinks it's a floater. Not the upper decker kind.

im not that old and I've had them as long as I can remember. If it's sudden and jarring, get it checked out. If it doesn't bother you, probably not a big deal, but could be symptoms of a partially detached cornea which is no Bueno.

Thanks for the concern, skiing with a floater wasn't an issue. M1 lift spun today with t2b on chill coot. Chalky powdery goodness. No cookies. Poached a piece of the lift line just to feel the float. Skiing with some TGR peeps tomorrow.
