If you use a driving application then you have to use your iPhone while driving and you could get pulled over. I actually got pulled over for using a mobile device last year in jersey on 78. The only reason I got out of a ticket is cause I'm a skier...prob would have paid a $400 fine if I was a knuckledragger.
