coming back maybe 30 min ago, roads were deteriorating quickly. coming in way earlier than what i was expecting. not sure what it's like south of hte mtn but be careful out there.

In years past, they've groomed the expert terrain first, and let it pile up.  But they'll groom the beginner stuff right before opening.

Going up 534 on my way home, there was a pick up coming down the hill that started getting sideways as he passed me.  Roads were just barely covered but pretty slick.  

Saw this on FB from a weather guy i follow that comes out of the woodwork for snow storms....

This is pretty impressive. HREF ensemble max. 6-10" area wide through 7am tomorrow then 12-27" from 7am Monday through 7am Tuesday north of the turnpike

So, hopefully the bulk of todays snow happens after close.  we shall see.

Snow is still falling here. Wind is picking up and it seems like the snow is too. We have about 2".
