Ah, that's right. I haven't hiked the east side in a long time. It's really rocky and perhaps not part of the restoration. I'm glad the west side is unscathed as that's one of the best hiking areas around.

Yes, for now although I think this fire is going to be very dangerous. Winds are supposed to pick up out of the South tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn’t end up on the North side.

No heat November is going nicely.

I was just talking about NHN with my wife. We may actually make it this year. Arizona opens this Friday...I may need to head out there to ski pre December

I had the AC on at the hotel house for about ten minutes yesterday when I got home from work and definitely in my car.  Didn’t need it at work.

Of course not. We had to test it too when the hvac people came out for their annual check up.

Idk...just hasn't dropped in the house that drastically, especially these last week or so.  Yesterday felt like summer. It's weird walking outside and seeing the leafless trees and being hot.

at my desk it was at like 58 a few mornings maybe a week and a half ago. close, but not cold enough to turn the heat on.

it's been of pleasant. drops down at night but it warms back up pretty quick. right now it's 72 at my desk. sort of looks like the end of that though in the coming week.

The blue mountain fire is 100% contained

All this rain coming Sunday will be really good for the snowmaking retention ponds, which may or may not be depleted from massive fire fighting efforts.
