Random question:

Why are there so many different healthcare services in the valley? Primary care, emergency service, health facilities, you name it. I dont understand how an area like this can support so many different medical eatablishments. St lukes just moved into the majority place holder in the lsi building? Theres primary care, first patient, lvhn, st lukes, coordinated health, outpatient care, everything..

I dont get it

Shadows this area has a very old average age and with the baby boomers aging a much larger percentage of the population is over age 65 which makes health care more in demand and as was said earlier this area serves rural communities throughout northern bucks, Montgomery, berks county, the poconos and western NJ as well.

Wow average age in the Lehigh valley is over age 40 and for the entire United States its under age 37. I imagine Utah has the lowest average age. Yes it is average age in Utah is 29 it's because people have a ton of kids.

im gonna hold off getting skis tuned, getting out stowed gear, etc.  i am hoping my unprepared-ness makes it turn cold.

Anyone wanna carpool for some turns in November?  i think that will be the only way to get on the snow in November.

Why would carpooling help???

Cause you are gonna have to drive somewhere besides the poconos to get on the snow in November.  Sorry i didnt make that clearer for you.

i know blue is targeting dec 12 to start the freestyle/race program,  so I would hazard a guess they are going to get snowmaking started by first week in December to achieve that date.  but mother nature always has largest voice.

Sweet... Targeting 12-12 for roping off trails. Nothing says early season stoke better than that. (look at me complaining already. Lol)

It's only November 3rd people. November here is usually 70 degrees. Remember anything before XMAS is a bonus and XMAS is pretty soon.

RideDE did you ride at Killington a few weeks ago?

I stated this somewhere before. I was up there, but I decided to let my ankle heal before I pushed the envelope on early season variable conditions. Really kicking myself for it...
