In my yoga class in Crested Butte this morning the woman next to me was saying how sad she was that she finally put her skis away this week. She said the snow is still so good but the river crossings are getting sketchy. She lost a snowmobile to the river so yeah, that sounds pretty sketchy.

Husband off this week so we came down for a few days. Starting next week it's open for rentals. I think it will get rented a lot so I probably won't be back again till fall. Summer is the $ season.

 

Putting the finishing touches on everything for renters. Builder still working on shed and punch list items. Swears he will be done by Friday. I hope so.

Gotcha I don't know why but for some reason I was thinking $100,000 or so for construction but I wasn't thinking that this is in crested butte and not Allentown so getting supplies and labor to the location isn't as easy...I call that the elevation tax. They're building a new hotel called Candlewood suites a mile down the road in the next year or two...could be my future home..
