Glad someone is getting it. We are in for another warm spell here. Its bad enough that we are not getting any snow but when it can't even stay cold enough for them to make it is just damn rediculous.

Skeet skeet skeet!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully some of that finds its way to Jackson hole and Utah...ok Colorado and Tahoe can have the leftovers...serious stoke!!!

geographically speaking, tahoe would be getting the appetizers, not the leftovers

If you're over 50 and ski here, you wear a fanny flap on frigid snowy days. He's short, so it looks extra long.

what's with the cape?

what's with the cape?

Seems to be a big phenomenon up here for some patrollers, but they have leg straps on theirs so they don't flap around like a cape... They are called hot buns... They are apparently great for keeping your ass warm on ice/snow covered chairlifts, but you sure as hell won't find me using them...

stumpville looks like a ton of fun. how steep is that?

It varies considerably both in pitch and tree tightness depending on where you are. That particular section is fairly flat. Over just a few feet is a gully which is pretty tight. I have Google earth projections here.

Yes, all the pictures on the site are mine...except the maps, of course. Family is sort of ready to lock me up as NUTS because of how much time I've put into it. "Like" it on Facebook if you don't mind.

lets get some action shots sib!

I'm the one with the camera and I have a hard time getting them to ski while I'm shooting. Plus, we're old and there's not a lot of "hot skiing" going on.

Define playful, Doug. You want us 60 year old women getting big air off a cliff or something? For more pictures of Big Face, go here.

If we're on Evan's, we're too busy skiing and not killing ourselves to worry about pics for you.

That is a beautiful picture ^

I tried to like your site but it killed my browser, will try at home with a non-400 year old version of FF.

Finally "liked" my own site, no problems using Chrome. Thanks for the thumbs up.
