Brew Friday: our 16th year. Guys from the old neighborhood getting together to brew beer...

I'm making a simple brown ale this year. Our Rube Golberg contraption to grind the 40 lbs of grain

22 gal of wort

Counter flow chiller. Goes from 210 to 67 F from kettle to carbon. Amazing.

We did 2 18-gal batches yesterday and one 5 gal batch

Cool pictures Tarponhead...you guys have any spicy pickles??? Obligatory sausage shot is always good...

No spicy pickles. Got the kielbasa from Little Poland, I mean Linden nj
