Took him to the vet and it turns out he swallowed a nail. I wonder if they'll also find any pebbles from the blue mountain parking lot in there. (but who swallows nails?!!) phillycore Posted July 20, 2021 Report Posted July 20, 2021 right?! surgery. They're opening his stomach & remove it. Two months ago our cat Shadow wasn't feeling so well. Took him to the vet and they thought he may have swallowed some string. They did all kinds of tests, x-ray, etc and ended up opening him up for exploratory surgery.They didn't find anything.Costed me almost $2500.
