It was nice down here last night after the rain cleared out. Andrea (or what was left of it) kicked up the surf a little bit. You can't really see it in the picture but it was about waist to shoulder high and clean with almost no crosswind.

The water is only about 60. I highly doubt he is suiting up to go bodysurfing. It's been a chilly spring, so water temps have been slow to rise.

Actually I've been in the water the past couple days without a wetsuit.

Shows you how much I've been out this year. It's definitely warming up... Finally. I usually tolerate 65 for a little while, but I won't stay in for sustained amounts of time until it's like 70. My body usually can't take it. Good to know it's getting better.

Are you doing drive around security or pool/foot security?

You're crazy man. It's still freaking cold. I could see taking a quick dip but I'm not surfing without a wetsuit.

Jeff called me crazy up at blue this year when all I was wearing was a sweatshirt in 20 degree and snowy weather. I don't get cold easily for some reason.

And ride, i do whatever they tell me to do. Some days it's drive around some days it's foot and some days it's gates. Boring job but easy money.

Do they give you a gun or taser.

Neither. It's a tennis community there's no need for either. You can open carry in Delaware so if I really wanted to I could carry a gun but there's no need to. If anything it would cause a rise out of the residents of the community that a security is carrying around a gun

Did you know that Colorado has an award for snow groomer of the year? Neither did I. I'm sure Blue has something similar, but you get a tshirt and stickers instead of a medal. The dude on the left of this photo won it. For you young people out there, the guy in the middle is Billy Kidd, Silver medalist in the Slalom at the 1964 Innsbruck games. He lost to Austrian Pepi Stiegler who has been kicking it at JHMR for the past forty years. His daughter Resi is on the U.S. ski team.
