VTSKI Posted April 9, 2012 Author Report Posted April 9, 2012 I prefer PONOCO PAVEMENT over 10” of CEMENT. (as of 5:00 PM on Killington’s snow report) Says their opening the K-1 tomorrow also. (Face Book) Quote
Ride Delaware ? Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 I finished patrolling yesterday, and I decided to hit Loon today before they are done tomorrow, and it was raining pretty steadily at the base with a temperature of 38... When we got to the top of the gondola around 2,500 ft it was snowing and there was a dusting... At the peak 3,050 ft, it was snowing and there was about 2"... Very wet and sticky... Fun time though... 1 Quote
guitar73 Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 It's cool they are getting dumped on but I don't have the desire to drive up there. ditto that....it's golf/ summer sports season now for us "southerners" Quote
RootDKJ Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 It's cool they are getting dumped on but I don't have the desire to drive up there. If I could make it in two hours, I'd go. 1 Quote
Ride Delaware ? Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 The drive would be easy too... Storms like this one are elevation based upslope... I bet there hasn't even been a snowflake in Rutvegas... Quote
