Windham 12/21/12

I owe PASR a trip report from Windham before Christmas.

 

Pouring rain the whole drive up turned a normally 2 hour drive into a 3 hour drive. It was still pouring when I arrived, so decided to have a quick safety check and 30 minutes later the rain let up enough. I got on the lift around 11:30. Windham got around two inches of snow before it changed over to rain that night.

 

It snowed on and off all day, sometimes raining at the base, but overall im so glad i went. Run of the day was Upper/Lower Wolverine, but Whistler had nice snow on it too, just more people.

 

Skied until 2:30. 10K vertical.
